Dunlop Gecko-Tac Replacement Grip

Dunlop Gecko-Tac Replacement Grip applies the same dry-tack adhesion technology used in the Gecko-Tac overgrip to a full-thickness replacement grip construction. Where the overgrip version is thin and designed to be layered over an existing base grip, the replacement grip is thicker, more cushioned, and installed directly over the bare racquet handle as a complete grip solution.

The Gecko-Tac surface provides the same all-conditions adhesion performance in the replacement format: dry-tack grip that maintains security in both dry and damp playing conditions, resisting the performance degradation that standard tacky surfaces experience under perspiration. For players who prefer the feel of a single replacement grip to layering a replacement grip and overgrip, the Gecko-Tac Replacement provides both the cushioning of a base grip and the secure traction of the Gecko-Tac surface in one installation.

The thicker construction provides meaningful vibration dampening and a cushioned underhand feel that absorbs some of the shock from ball contact. The bevel definition through a replacement grip is slightly less pronounced than through an overgrip players who rely heavily on bevel feel for grip changes may prefer to top it with a thin overgrip for maximum sensitivity.
